Passport return issues

I've app**** for my NZ Visa online and sent my passport to the Washington office for handling. The passport arrived Tuesday 6 September and my VISA was approved by Monday 12 September. That means my passport has been handled and processed but I have not received any payment details or any contact whatsoever. I included my prepaid DHL return slip etc. I've been following up for a week straight and don't get any response from any of the emails listed on the VFS site. I need my passport ASAP as I have upcoming travels booked! I hope someone from VFS can assist ASAP!!!
