Overdue Refund ( is it a ****? )

<p>I am writing with reference to an overdue refund of R1774 from VFS Visa Facilitation Center.</p> <p>I submitted my refund application on the 21 October and according to the refund policy, it takes 30 days to proceed payment.</p> <p>We are at this day above their 30 days and the worst part of it is that no one seem to be able to provide me with a sound explanation of why I haven't received my money yet.</p> <p>I spoke to all managers of Vfs ( from operation to regional ) but they all made me empty promises and later on pointed fingers on their finance department.</p> <p>I was due to return home and the money was supposed to be used to balance my flight ticket fare.</p> <p>Today not knowing anymore what to do and feeling helpless, I call upon you for help in order to investigate this **** going on in VFS Visa facilitation center. It seems for me they are trying to discourage me from claiming and collecting my due.</p> <p>Please help me out.</p> <p>Sincerely,</p>
