OUTSIDING REFUND

Good day i app**** for a refund so long back and till today nothing has been done, i tried emailing, calling VFS but no help whatsoever i have 2 outstanding refunds and would like them to please be attended to. I urgently need my money please, we don't pick it up we work hard for it.
