Outcome lost TWICE between VFC and DHA!!
App**** for a visa in Jul 2018; outcome was issued in Oct 2018 as per DHA but never reached VFC.
DHA reissued the outcome in Dec 2018. The same was sent through to VFC on 13 Dec 2018 as per the tracking information available on the website. But when I went to check at VFS Rivonia they have not received the outcome. And they do not know where the outcome is?
The feedback provided was this is one of the thousands of transactions. To VFS this is one of the transactions but for me it is important.
I really plead with you to find the outcome. HOW CAN THE SAME OUTCOME GO MISSING TWICE???
