OUTCOME DELAY

Unfortunately, I have to get back here again as I'm not getting any joy on the website as well as the contact centre. I lodged an enquiry/complaint about 2 weeks earlier regarding my outcomes. I had Kiran(hope I got his name right) call me to update me on the status of my applications. I was told that applications were adjudicated & he sent envelopes for the outcomes to Home Affairs more than a month ago but still hadn't received them back. He also said he was going to follow up & get back to me but I haven't heard from VFS since then.<br> Please, I need someone to call me & explain why I still haven't received any feedback & I'm wondering what the outcomes are still doing at Home Affairs 2 months later, even after envelopes have been sent by VFS.
