online tracking not working for 2 months now
i have been trying so many times since November to check the status of my application but the website returns an error saying "invalid sticker , try again". i called the contact centre early November and the guy said its a system issue, it will be fixed in a week . but here i am, its January and the website still gives me the same error. we've been waiting for an outcome since 2015 what is taking so long to approve or decline????????
