One month still no VISA and NO Communication

Hi there,<br> <br> I really hope you can help me.<br> <br> On your website is says that my passport and application has been sent to the Portuguese consulate on 13 May, It's been a month and still no VISA.<br> <br> It is also impossible to get in contact with you.<br> No one answers the phone or replies to emails.<br> <br> My husband was able to speak to Pracilla Govind after holding for 40 minutes.She helped him but that was almost a week ago and still no word.<br> <br> We urgently need to go for UK visas and we are leaving the country on 26 June!<br> <br> We've spent a lot of money to get all the info and docs requested and all out travel arrangements has been made and paid for.<br> <br> Please please can someone help us!
