I honestly wish there was a lower rating for these guys. Their treatment is worse than free government services. You call their line and spend 5 to 7 minutes listening to unrelated stuff then the agent just goes hello hello and drops the phone????? or it just goes quiet for Christ's sake!!! These are life decisions at stake that you deal with! These are people's futures! These things affect generations to come. Then you blame ******* immigrants when you make a simple process so difficult? Please leave these jobs and contracts to people who actually want to work and help. If I continue I would write a book on these, eish!
