Non payment of refund money.

i app**** for a refund for my application at the VFS office in Port Elizabeth office on the 21st of September 2015 and 30 calendar days have lapsed but still i have not been refunded this money. I am kindly asking if you could assist me in this regard. The payment of this money was done on the 28th of July 2015 at Standard Bank Grahamstown branch. <br> <br> I look forward to receiving a prompt response and i hope you will attend to this matter at end.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> <br>
