Non-functional Appeal Website

Im trying to appeal an application , i got the decision letter today. Every time i enter the sticker number on The Appeal Process Validation page, i get an error saying “There is no previous application found for the entered details, so cannot apply for appeal.” I have been trying for nearly an hour now, what is wrong with your system???
