No way foward on permit

About a month ago I wrote that I app**** for my permit in November and have since been waiting for it. I know someone who app**** after me and have received their permit. The day I wrote on hello peter the next day i was contacted by VFS Midrand branch a consultant name Curran. He was so helpful and he said I would have my permit probably by the next week Monday. Ever since I keep calling Midrand and I am told told the same story that they will check if its in the new batch and Curran will give me a call back to update . He has never called me back I think he forgot about me when i put the phone down. My temp residence expired on the 16th of March . I was supposed to travel for work and have had to cancel the trip as I was told at the airport to stay put until I get my permit.<br> <br> I need urgent assistance as this is affecting my work and delivery.There has got to be some way to resolve this ?
