NO VISA OUTCOME FOR APPLICATION DONE IN NOVEMBER 2021

VFS Rivonia please assist , its been 5months since I app**** for my visa renewal. Status still says "application received by DHA". When can I expect to get my application outcome? Please I need assistance , who can I contact ?
