No visa

My Wife had app**** for a Spousal Visa when she returned to her home (Harare) and submitted her application toward the end of August. As I understand the process usually takes between 6 to 8 weeks for approval and we have been patiently waiting since September. Although its already February in the next year and I have still not received feedback or confirmation that anything has been done.

We have withheld our religious wedding tradition until the middle of January 2018 so that the venue booked in South Africa is available for our occasion, even though our elders had advised against waiting so long for this, due to the application for the Visa being processed. Our Wedding date has long passed and still no feedback from the emails sent to this company to enquire about the status of this application.

We've had to move the wedding date more than twice, pay new deposits on the venue as well as the caterers, cooks, makeup artists, etc. At this point in time, I am more concerned that my wife is not at my side for the past 6 months.

What frustrates me the most is that there is no communication from this company to inform us of any complications, and no responses to the emails sent. Their Harare branch telephone number on their website does not even work and there is no telling whether I would even get my wife back in the months to come.
