No update or answer

I initially app**** at HA directly for a new life partner visa with work endor*****t as I changed jobs but they declined this as they didn't have enough proof of my relationship (i have previously submitted the same documentation and got 2 visas through them). <br> <br> After this I had to appeal at VFS and submitted all my documentation with extra back up. This was at the end of November. I got told it would take 8 weeks but yet here we are with no visa, I can't get an answer whether i can travel or not as I don't know if they will let me back into the country. I'm about to loose my job as they need the correct visa and every time I phone I get a different story and different details about how long it will take. <br> <br> At the same time I also have a permanent application running since September but I fear that by the time I get an answer it will be too late! <br> <br> I thought VFS would make the process easier but so far it has been a hassle and it is causing so much frustration and anger. Paying over R1000 for this service while it used to be free and there has been no support what so ever from VFS.<br> <br>
