No Service Received

Phoned you guys ( ********** ), followed all the prompts and finally get through to speak to an agent...and they drop the phone on me...4 times!!! What kind of service is this?? I can hear people talking in the background, so its not like a failure in connection. Its purely a rude person with no respect for customers or their job.
