No response to emails

Hello, I am waiting for a refund that your company was going to send to me with regards to a Shengen Visa. I put all my papers in on 18 September and was told that it takes 45 days for a refund. I have been emailing to enquire when the refund will be done and have never got any answer. The passenger was my husband - Morris Rubin.
