No Response, No Dates, VFS caused a Problem

My Brother App**** for a Renewal of a Relatives Permit on December the 15 2014, with Reference number TRR***, and this permit has been rejected, due to the fact that the VFS Official that took my brothers documents did not take the original Police Clearance Certificates. This Is now a problem for us as we now need to put in an Appeal and supply the original police clearance certificates. I have tried to call the VFS center since yesterday and I have e-mailed but I am not getting any assistance. I have tried to register online to try and get an appointment to come and appeal the decision, but the is no dates available. Now this is also going to cost us another R1350.00 which VFS has Caused. My brother has about 7 days left to submit this appeal. What do we do if we are not able to get a date, we are not even able to print the appeal documents on the VFS website. PLEASE HELP
