No response

I submitted documents for the extension of my study Visa on the 30th of October 2017 and did not receive any notification from neither VFS nor the department of home affairs that my application had been received and is being processed. Now I fear that perhaps my application was not captured in the system because even when I tried tracking it online the system tells me that my reference number is invalid.
