No replies, No visa after 10 months, and no damn given!

<p>Im appauled by your customer service (even though I paid extra for the priority lounge) - what a crock! Its been 10 months and no visa, no response to email I send daily...I would go on and on but I cant waste anymore of my time and frankly just want my permit - no actually.....I just want a damn answer, from someone, anyone....HELLOOOO???</p> <p> </p> <p>My email is ********** I have been dealing with Ebraheem from the Cape Town Premium Lounge and ********** his superior.
