No refund received

I submitted the refunds form almost 60 days ago at the Sandton VFS branch. Since then No one contacted for any refund. I called at VFS customer care 4-5 times and reported this. Refilwe from customer care told me to sent email to ********** and ********** I sent more than 5 emails and no one has responded. This is ridiculous service. If there is any employee who looks after customer, please get back to me.

I am very disappointed with the service standards. Its been 10 working days and i have not received any refund and proof of payment. On Thu, Nov 2, 2017 at 12:58 PM: According to Violet ********** The refund has been submitted to the Finance department. Please provision 7-10 working days for the payment to reflect. If you guys can't sort this out, please let me know. I have been waiting for more than 3 months for my refund, I am totally speechless with VFS companys standards.
