No refund form VFSGlobal

Good day. I 24 December 2019. I assisted my parents with there online application. and paid the application fees online. when my parents handed in the papers they were only supposed to pay the handling fees but they were told to pay the full amount including the visa fees this mend that they overpaid R3327.28 on the 24 December 2019 they contacted VFS and requested a refund. We were send paper to fill in and returned it to creditdirect@absa as requested but did not receive any payout after months of struggling there is still no money paid and they send us feedback that the case is closed.
