No refund despite several follow ups

<p>VFS Global treats people unfairly and in an unjust manor which violates consumer rights.2 months ago i app**** for a refund for an application i had done in an incorrect category and forwarded my forms which were signed by the supervisor as requested on their refund policy.I have done all of the steps as stated in their refund policy.</p> <p>Over the past 3 weeks i have been following up on my refund and have called VFS for more than 3 times.In each occassion i have been asked to hold for more than 2 minutes and the response i get is the same i.e. can you resend all your documents again.To date i have emailed my documents to 3 different people and nothing has happened yet.</p> <p>I have given up on calling as i know the response that i will get.At this stage i am now considering other options to enforce VFS to refund the money and act in a just and fare manner as provided in the SA constitution and consumer protection act as i have honestly given up on any hope of getting my refund through the normal way.</p> <p>VFS you need to treat people as human beings and honestly start providing better customer services</p>
