No refund and no replies!

I was advised at the Italian visa center to email Bruce Lukhele regarding an appointment refund as I had to reschedule my appointment for an earlier date. It’s crazy that the only way to do this is to rebook and pay, and then claim back the refund which seems to create double work.

I follow up weekly and i still have not received a refund and Bruce says he only submits the paperwork but doesn’t action the refund.

This is a useless company and will definitely be going to the VFS centre.
