No Refund almost 60 days now

Since my initial compaint on Hellopeter about my refund problems with FS since the 4th December. I was told someone will contact me, yet up until now nobody has contacted me.<br> <br> How is this for customer service? Cash payment of R1350 made since the 26th September at Standard bank. Refund form has been submitted since the 30th October 2015. Now the year is almost over, yet no refund.<br> <br> <br> My Reference on Payment is TRR***
