No refund after 6 weeks

Well I app**** to vfs tasheel in cape town for family visas for saudi arabia which cost R4500 a few days later it was rejected due to a technicality and I was told by vfs just to reapply. I was given a choice I could wait for the refund which would take up to 14 days or I could just pay again and resubmit application so I opted for the latter. Well after 2 weeks I emailed vfs who then told me they had made a mistake with the refund and would sort it out immediately and that in 14 days Id receive my money. I waited another 14 days and no luck then I started calling and emailing but the staff just couldnt help me. Im so fed up with this ****
