No refund after 30 days

<p>I did a visa extension for my 15 year old daughter.Due to a problem with her middle name on the application .I was told to resubmit a new application and pay again .I did this and have put in a refund form.It's past the 30 days and still no refund.I have spoken to a few people from vfs and every time I send them a copy of the refund form and then hear nothing back.It is nice to know that you don't care about other people's money.I suppose why should you.You didn't work for it.You guys should be ashamed as this feels like theft.I need my money back now.No more excuses.</p>
