No Permit still even after writting on Hello Peter

I app**** for a permit on the 10th of november 2014,Home Affairs says my permit was approved but i have contacted VFS numerous times and there is nothing.on the 15th of august i wrote here on hello peter a guy called Tshepo called me from VFS and he said within 7 days i would be contacted to go collect my permit but up to now nothing has happend.at the VFS Polokwane offices they just tell you its not here.What should i do bank accounts are frozen,life is at standstill.What is going on?WHAT SHOULD I DO?VFS PLEASE CAN I HAVE MY PERMIT.WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS EVIL.i have since lost my job,the landlord wont renew the lease because i have no valid papers.The call centre staff at vfs are very rude,they do not listen to the issue they just say wait until you receive a call.i have waited for months and that call is not coming through,I am now appealing to anyone who can assist.
