No humanism at Vfs Rivonia

I’m not sure about other days ,but the service at Rivonia today the 04th of November was very pathetic .Collection took forever .They made people wait by the parking and decide when to let them in .people waited the entire day.They started speeding up only when it suited them of course because it was almost time to go home .There is no humanism at that branch.
