No feedback. Poor service. Broken systems.

Honestly one of the worst Visa companies I've ever worked with. I tried to login now after waiting for over a year for my wife's visa outcome and it says her user does not exist. When you email enquiring what is going on you get no response and their phone lines don't work either half the time. When you do finally get through you sit for about an hour in que.

All in all we have no way of seeing if my wife's visa is even in process or if it's been lost.
