No feedback in 5 months

I submitted an appeal at the VFS branch in Rivonia on the 17 July 2015 , and up today they has not been an feedback. The rejection letter stated that I should enquire with DHA after 90days it's well after the stated days and no response. Surely VFS has some type of relationship with DHA and should be able to escalate cases with DHA as we pay a service fee of r1350 for an appeal . Can anyone from the VFS office assist with getting feedback from DHA as this being left in the dark syndrome is not good. One can not make future arrangement...::
