Awful Service received from VSF Global. As I know the organization does not care about one client in South Africa so this review is more for the other people planning to apply for a Schengen VISA through them.

You will not get any feedback or information about your VISA application throughout the process. If you call and enquire, they will simply reply with "We are just a handover agency". If you call the Embassy, the Embassy will tell you to call VFS.

No one is willing to help you and you will be left with anxiously and stress throughout the whole process.

Best wishes on your application, however, you are about to experience HELL
