NO CONTACT FOR OVER 9 MONTHS!

<p>I app**** for renewal of my Temporary Residence permit back in February 2016. I have called numerous times, and I was told that my permit query would be added to their "report" and that the query had been forwarded to Home Affairs. No reference number given on the calls made.</p> <p>In January 2016, I app**** for Permanent Residence, and again, no contact made. It's been 9 months and no progress or updates despite the calls.</p> <p>Incredibly disappointed, considering the amount paid for the handling of the visas. Deeply considering a refund.</p>
