NO communication
WE have travellers booked for tonight from South Africa to Sweden and your 180 dollar courier service has not got their passports back to VFS pretoria , it has been a week. This is super urgent.
Please contact us ASAP ***.
We are at the end of our tether. Please can you assist urgently - we need to speak to a VFS person with potency.
