No clarity

Last month, my wife and the dependent child app**** for the visa renewal together. The VFS officials cross-checked everything and my wife got her renewed visa last week. Whereas, the dependent child has been denied his visa by stating that his parents do not have the valid visa at the time of the application. <br> <br> In this regard, when I enquired VFS Bloemfontein, the official said to me that the parents should get the visa first before applying for the child. To my counter question, why they did not tell me this at the time of my applicaiton, she argued me that VFS is NOT an advisory body to the clients. <br> <br> If I knew this information well in advance, I would have gone accordingly. This unprofessional attitude is indeed painful. There is no information in the concern webpages of DHA & VFS. So, people like me are struck with the lack of expertise. <br> <br> Sadly,<br> Dr. Laksh
