Never answer calls

Have tried over and over to phone them, and either at the start of the conversation or in the middle, they just kill the phone call, not a single question have been answered. there are document i require that i have no idea on where to collect or even try to get. but they can not have a reliable system to give me answers. If they were not the only company in SA to do this, i would recommend drowning over them...
