My payment not reflecting and cant get help

I paid money on the 11th of April for my Waiver. The money didn't reflect and calling VFS is not helping. I was given an email to contact but no one is responding. I cannot continue with my application because my payment is not reflecting. Can someone advise the route i can take to get answers from VFS because im also afraid time is pass and i might not be able to submit my papers. I emailed them all the proof of payments and the so called needed information but to no avail.
