Missing documents
I app**** for Renewal of Relative permit (spousal)at VFS Bloemfontein on 12th October 2017 with reference number TRR ********** .I submitted all the required supporting document and biometric was taken same day. I just collected my decision today and was rejected based on two missing documents which am very sure 100% I submitted. Has VFS started losing applicant document? Can someone tell me what is happening as I am in a confused state now.
