MISSING CLASSES DUE TO STUDY PERMIT DELAYING

Submitted my Study Permit application, then was asked to change my Medical aid withing 10 days which I did. Now the school has started since the 4th April but cant attend due to the permit delays. Was told every other documents are fine except the Medical aid that I used is not for students. I then submitted the correct one. I dont know why a simple appeal like that one can really make someone miss classes, just a medical aid what you were looking for and its in your hands for this long.

Can somebody, please release my study permit for me to go to class, please guys this is really important for me.
