Missed trip, no feedback, no support - avoid

I'd give less than one star. Missed an entire trip, flights/accommodation/meetings etc, no phone number to call (where they answer) or actual feedback of what is wrong. Just generic response: please reupload docs... Almost a week AFTER trip, we get an actual response of what they'd like to be submitted differently.

Shocking service, avoid at all costs.
