Misleading Customers/wrong information

I am very disappointed in such well established company that they are misleading people on their website. I recently app**** for a renewal of my permit (section 11.6). I did submit everything single document that was required from me according to the VFS website and my application passed their so called "Quality Control Check" where they verify your application meets the requirement, all went very well. 8weeks my application was rejected stating that I did not submit a certain document which was never asked from me and up until now it is not on the list of required document for this application and the only response I could get from VFS was that I needed to pay R1350 and submit that document with the appeal letter. The only thing matters for VFS is the money we pay and they know that people are being misled and they don't care because it is their way of making money. This is so disgusting for such big company to mislead people purposely for them to make money!!!!!
