Massive Delays

I had app**** for a new Study permit in November 2017 when my Study Permit expired in December 31st 2017. I then received emails saying it was ready for collection. So I flew back here and visited the Rivonia branch only for them to tell me it had been rejected on January 22nd.

P.S. I app**** to the same institution I was granted a visa for and the reason for rejection was that "It is not registered". FOR THE EXACT SAME INSTITUTION.

I submitted an appeal the next day and from then till now on their online tracking it just says Submitted to DHA on 29th January. No word or feedback after several calls to your Contact number.

I am waiting to do my courses that I have paid for in full.

Unacceptable.
