lost in limbo

Good Morning.<br> Apologies for contacting you again but it is now ONE YEAR since we app**** for our son's permanent residency and I have heard nothing from the DHA or VFS except that we should just continue waiting and that some months ago VFS would escalate the situation. I am concerned as this does not seem normal that an application for a family permanent residency could possible take so long. <br> <br> I would appreciate an update on the situation as it just seems to drag on and on with no end in sight. Can you or someone at DHA please assist?<br>
