Long outstanding refund after numerous phone calls and emails

<p>I made a double payment for my booking after the website had given me an error after the 1st payment. Submitted my refund application in May now its July but i still havent received my money. I have made numerous follow up phone calls but i keep getting responds that they will get back at me but no one ever does. Every email that i have send only gets responded to after i amke a phone call. VFS is just making huge interest income buy taking advantage of desperate foreigners by holding onto their funds for either incorrect forms being completed or erronous double payments for too long without proper justifications. They dont even allow your to use payment for an incorrect form completed but instead you should make another payment and process a refund that is taking months to receive.</p>
