Long outstanding refund

I submitted my refund claim with them more than 3months ago and I still have not received my money after numerous emails and phone calls. This is highly frustrating as they keep telling me that the matter was forwarded to the refund department a quarter of the year has gone already even the permits that I had app**** for I received them more than a month ago.

Almost two weeks has lapsed and I still haven't received my money vfs you are taking desperate foreigners for granted. Mind you this money I paid to you May 2017 and I could not claim my refund because you wanted to take 750 for each application from me and I had to wait to claim refund after I receive my waivers.
