Less informed and little experience

Hello l app**** for a zep permit with vfs center struggled to login , later managed paid the fee then comes the issue of scheduling an appointment that's when the problem started again when l click on the button to schedule appointment it says vfs error , l have tried more than 17 times and have called for more than 2hrs 40mins only to be told same story each time l call and to make matters worse there is no supervisor or someone in authority who knows how to help me for all the call center agents are not equipped properly to assist me which l find ridiculous and unprofessional , it's been more than 34 days l been trying to schedule the appointment am unhappy with the vfs , they don't care to get back to me and help but they have milked people's money shame on you vfs
