Lesotho work permit - booking appointment

I app**** a Lesotho permit for my helper online, paid online same time in October, funny that their payment system works perfect, they are too quick to deduct payment.I have been struggling to book an appointment all days are grayed out,used chrome,edge all the browsers no changes.When you call their call center they can't assist when you go to their office in pretoria they cannot assist, they tell us to finish the whole process online.How can I finish the whole process online when their calender system is greyed out including weekends? I even requested them over the phone to secure any day for us , they still refuse.
