LATE OUTCOME FOR ZEP APPLICATION

Good day ,

my name is Adlynn Jana .I submitted my ZEP application on the 20th October 2017 at your Rustenburg office .I started tracking the status online since december 2017 and it is still the same status "application for Adlynn Kudzanayi Sarudzayi Jana has been received at the Pretoria OC " .How is it possible to be at the same status for three months . my reference is ZEP ********** .Kindly assist in resolving this matter
