Issue with Spousal Visa Application

My husband has app**** on three occasions for a spousal visa and we have submitted original documents. All required documents was also included as well as letters as requested. According to VFS in Pretoria my husband was rejected due to **** documents. How can you assist us. My husband is from Bangladesh and we have been married in Islamic law for almost 6 years. I am permanently employed under DHET as a college administration clerk and lecturer and my husband is working in a fisheries. Will Hello Peter be able to assist us.
