Inefficiency

Although I have paid, it's been impossible to get an appointment date on the VFS online system - and yet this is required! There's been so many complaints here and yet the system has not be updated. VFS charges for its administrative work about three times the amount that goes to Home Affairs, but it just can make the online system functional and reliable for clients! Shocking! If the system is faulty, please provide an alternative because permits need to be renewed if one is to retain a valid status in South Africa. It's unthinkable to not sort out one's legal status in South Africa - that's how important this is.
