Incorrect allocation of funds

I recently app**** for a permit online and paid online only for the system to generate the wrong amount paid. Have reported this to the consultants at the centre and they said they would rectify it but till now there is nothing, i don't even get sms notification on any updates on my application. The last time i called in they told me that if i don't get sms notification i should track online, i know that very well but the reason i paid the extra R20 was because i needed the sms notifications and no time for online tracking, how rude!
